Shipping Policy

At One Whiff, we take pride in the craft. Every shirt in our First Whiff collection is hand-pressed in-house on premium Gildan Heavy Cotton blanks. Because we are a small shop focused on quality, we follow the shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Rates

We keep our shipping costs straightforward so you know exactly what to expect at checkout:

• Flat Rate Shipping: $8.99 for all orders under $35.00.
• Free Shipping: Spend $35.00 or more and your shipping is on us! (Pro Tip: Buying 2 shirts automatically triggers Free Shipping).

2. Processing Time

Since each garment is hand-pressed with our signature spray can logo:

• Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared, pressed, and packed.
• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.

3. Shipping Method & Estimates

We ship all domestic orders via USPS Ground Advantage.

• Delivery Estimate: 3–5 business days once the package is with the carrier.
• We currently ship within the United States only.

4. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking link via email. One Whiff is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by USPS. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot change the destination once the order has been processed.

5. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support.onewhiffkustomz.com with photos of the package and the product so we can make it right.
