One Whiff Refund & Exchange Policy

At One Whiff, every single garment is hand-pressed in-house. Because of the custom, small-batch nature of our production, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Quality Guarantee (Damages & Issues)

We take pride in the "One Whiff" quality. Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged.

The print quality is significantly inconsistent with our standards.

You received the wrong item or size.

In these cases, we will make it right at no cost to you. Please send a photo of the issue to support@onewhiffkustomz.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Hand-Pressed Characteristics

Please note that because our items are hand-pressed, minor variations in ink density or placement are a hallmark of the manual process and are not considered "defects." However, if a print is clearly blurred or peeling, it falls under our Quality Guarantee.

3. Sizing & Exchanges

We use Gildan Heavy Cotton (100% Cotton) garments.

Shrinkage: Because these are 100% cotton, slight shrinkage is expected if washed in hot water or dried on high heat. We recommend washing cold and hanging to dry.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges for different sizes within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Worn/Washed Items: We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or smell of cologne/detergent/smoke.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Final Sale" event are not eligible for return.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
